The Czech Republic has signed a memorandum of understanding with Britain regarding cooperation in nuclear energy, said Czech Prime Minister Petr Fiala after yesterday's meeting with his British counterpart Keir Starmer in London. According to him, the British company Rolls-Royce SMR is considering building a factory for small modular reactors in the Czech Republic. A significant step forward in Czech-British cooperation was the recent entry of the Czech semi-state energy company ČEZ into Rolls-Royce SMR, which specializes in the development of modular nuclear reactors, i.e. smaller reactors assembled from serially produced modules, the portal Ceskenoviny.cz reported.
According to the police, hard drives with unreleased Beyoncé music and several other items were stolen from a car, which was rented by her coworker during a tour stop of Cowboy Carter in Atlanta last week. Among the stolen items were also two laptops and hard drives with watermarked music and unreleased music. Moreover, clothes worth 1 000 dollars or Tom Ford sunglasses worth 500 dollars disappeared, CNN reported.
The European Commission today introduced a prototype of an application for age verification of online platform users. The aim is to provide greater protection for minors and prevent them from accessing inappropriate content. The application will allow users to easily prove that they are over 18 years old when accessing restricted adult content online, while maintaining complete control over all other personal information such as exact age or user identity. The application will be tested by five states - France, Spain, Italy, Denmark, and Greece, according to the Ceskenoviny.cz server.

The account has 650 thousand followers, the agency AP reported.
