Zorka Hejdová on investments and real beauty: Fashion is art, real estate is the future
Zorka Hejdová is a well-known face associated with shows like Love Island, Bachelor, and radio station Europa 2. Thanks to her television publicity, she has become one of the most visible presenters of the present. Fashion for her is not just a hobby, but a lifestyle. She also shares her outfits on her own fashion Instagram blog. However, in the interview, we didn't just talk about style. We were interested in her investments, real estate, and what to expect from the new series of the Bachelor show.
Zorka is a well-known television presenter, but she also makes a living as an influencer. She has nearly 370 thousand followers on her Instagram profile. She prides her profile on authenticity and aesthetics. Given the fact that her publicity never lets anyone sleep, as soon as she shares photos from, for example, her vacation, articles immediately appear about how she showed off in a bikini. We met her at this year's Mercedes-Benz Prague Fashion Week where she wore a beautiful outfit designed by Tomáš Němec. "This is what is known as Instagram vs. reality. Not everything you see on Instagram is possible in reality, especially with today's weather," she explained the reason why she didn't arrive in a bikini.
At the same time, she admits that she feels best in swimwear, but not because of pictures on social networks. "I feel best in those swimsuits when I have sand somewhere between my fingers and the sea breeze blowing my hair. That is obviously more pleasant for me." No wonder that as the host of the reality shows Love Island and Bachelor, she knows how to enjoy her stays in coastal locations.
Fashion as Art
We couldn't ignore fashion itself, with which she is undoubtedly intertwined. Is fashion important for the world?
I think it is. I perceive it as a part of art, even though many people don't think so. Fashion is definitely such a broad spectrum and subject that covers all possible sectors, that we could talk about it for hours and hours. But if I have an answer, then yes, fashion is important.
she explained. Her view on beauty is definitely not superficial. Just the opposite.
REAL ESTATE Investment Value: Real Estate
Her husband Míra Hejda, with whom she has a son Nicholas, is a car enthusiast and is heavily involved in the investment world. Zorka herself admitted when answering the investment question that it is him who follows this market.
It is more a question for my husband, because he is well versed in this. Currently, though, probably into real estate.
And how many properties does she currently own? "It multiplies quite a bit. My husband knows how to handle it and always follows the market and knows where it is advantageous at the moment," she added.
The crew complained about The Bachelor
Zorka is inseparably linked with the reality show Bachelor, which she will host again this year. She revealed that this year's "Mr. Divine" has already been selected and viewers have something to look forward to. The filming location will be different in the new season and filming should start at the end of June. "We are now in the phase of fitting, preparation, finalizing the casting. I think there is still time to perfect it and we fly out sometime at the end of June and then it will kick off."
That Rhodes, nobody would do that again. The whole crew was cursing it. Although it's a beautiful island, it was really like on a windy howling. It was very difficult for all the professions on set. So, there will be a different location and I don't think it's out yet, so I can't dare to disclose it.
