The Mercedes-Benz Prague Fashion Week, Prague's fashion week, introduced collections of designers for the FW25 season last weekend. The festive event in Prague's Sasazu attracted a number of well-known faces from the Czech show business. Among them was also Natalie Kotkova, currently perceived mainly as a castaway from Survivor. How her body changed after the strenuous competition, what was the worst for her, and how she feels health-wise, she revealed in our interview.
I don't really reveal that much of my body. (laughs) I've been in a swimsuit for quite a long time now, so I definitely have more on me. I'm not really worrying about my weight. I'm just giving my body what it needs and wants, like food, movement, and everything. I think I'm at my weight that I was before the island.
I don't know. Domča was celebrating, I was running after her and embracing her. The cameramen captured the butt. We spent a lot of time on the beach in the heat, so Domča had it out of joy, which was divine and my butt was captured when I was in the swimsuit. I don't know if it's targeted. Everyone can form their own image of it, but I think no one is scandalized and it's all fun.
I don't want to say that anything was bad, I liked it there, I was actually good there. The hardest thing, though, was sitting on those chairs during the tribal council. At the beginning, a person's back hurts terribly, but in the end, it's good, because a person has to be straightened up there.
I think every woman goes there with the idea of losing her period. When I go below fifty kilos, I don't have it. In the past, I lost it due to the thyroid, so it was also a question for me whether to go or not, but one has to make that decision.
I lost it and I didn't have it there even once.
I still don't have it, so I give my body time to strengthen and get all the nutrients back.
Well, I'm planning that once I build up some muscles. Nice and slow, not to give my body too much performance, because surfing is quite demanding. I'm planning to go to Germany to an artificial wave, there is so-called Wave Pool, but I will probably head to the ocean in the summer, probably to the Canary Islands. I will leave that kind of surfing in Indonesia and similar places for later, once I have the proper strength. Now I want to be in the Czech Republic with my loved ones.
I think it's a process. I'm 31, which I celebrated on the island. I think everyone sort of grows up to this with age and either gets some health shocks or will be fine. I've had some health fluctuations. We only have one body, it's our box and the mind is important, so I connected it during those health troubles.
I am treating my thyroid, but otherwise I could say I am healthy. It's hard to say, a person always goes through something, but I am a healthy individual.
Great news. Thank you very much for the interview.
