Hungary has sued the European Union at the Union Court over the decision to allocate revenues from frozen Russian assets to Ukraine, which has been resisting a Russian invasion for the fourth year. France returned three human skulls to Madagascar, which had been stored for 128 years in one of the Paris museums. One of them allegedly belonged to the Madagascan king, who was beheaded by French troops. She was then taken as a trophy to France. The skull, presumed to belong to King Toera, and two others from the Sakalava ethnic group were formally handed over in a ceremony held on Tuesday at the French Ministry of Culture, Al Jazeera reported.
