Ukraine does not consider the Russian memorandum to be constructive
The Russian delegation in Istanbul did not respond to Ukrainian proposals and presented a set of old ultimatums that in no way bring the situation closer to real peace. This was stated by Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha in response to Monday's direct negotiations between the hostile parties. There, Russian representatives handed the Ukrainian delegation a memorandum with conditions for ending the war. According to Russian press agencies, the document demands recognition of the Ukrainian peninsula of Crimea and four Ukrainian regions occupied by Russia as Russian territories. Moscow also demands, among other things, a restriction on the number of Ukrainian soldiers and weapons, neutrality of Ukraine or a ban on military activities of third countries on its territory, wrote the server Ceskenoviny.cz.

Elon Musk sharply criticized the bill proposal on President Donald Trump's agenda and labeled it as a "disgusting abomination", reported CNN.
"I'm sorry, but I simply can't take it anymore. This massive, outrageous, and pork-filled congressional spending bill proposal is a disgusting abomination,"
The billionaire wrote.
Musk's company Tesla benefited from federal tax breaks that provide consumers with a discount of up to $7,500 on some electric cars made in the United States. However, this relief would be abolished if the Republican bill passed.
South Korea will have a liberal candidate for president
South Korean opposition leader Lee Jae-myung should become the new president of the country. This follows from the results of Tuesday's early elections. The 60-year-old candidate of the Democratic Party received over 50 percent of the votes. His main rival, Kim Moon-soo of the ruling Conservative People's Power Party was expected to receive around 40 percent. The vote took place exactly six months after the previous leader of the country declared martial law and plunged the country into chaos, reported CNN.

adorned with an erotic image of a nun and three clergy. In its statement, the Rijksmuseum said that the playful prophylactic, believed to have been made around 1830 from a sheep's intestine, "depicts the playful and serious side of sexual health". The condom is likely a souvenir from a brothel, reported the agency AP.
