On Thursday, after meeting with President Petr Pavel, he said that negotiations about possible coalition are going relatively well and today should finalize the distribution of ministries. He also stated that he is relatively rushed to approve the "basic things" with the Motorists and SPD, so they can then work together on program agreement. However, according to Pavel, the formation of the government cannot be rushed. Babiš was asked to acquaint him in advance with the priorities and direction of a possible future government, with the proposal for the distribution of sectors and potential ministers, reported by Ceskenoviny.cz.

Donald Trump is considering new sanctions against Russia, which continues to refuse to end the war against Ukraine.
