Čapí hnízdo Case Now Only Involving Nagyová

The Prague Municipal Court will address today in a private session whether to separate part of the Čapí hnízdo case concerning MEP Jana Nagyová from the ANO movement for separate proceedings. The Chamber of Deputies decided last week not to approve the prosecution of the second accused, Prime Minister Andrej Babiš. The Municipal Court is revisiting the case after its acquittal was overturned by an appellate court. The court previously indicated that if the Chamber did not release Babiš, it would likely separate part of the case for independent proceedings so that the proceedings against Nagyová could continue without unnecessary delay, reported the portal Ceskenoviny.cz.

The country's Prime Minister, Pedro Sanchez, is one of the few left-wing leaders in Europe who have condemned the US and Israel's attack on Iran as "unjustifiable" and declared that Madrid's stance is "no to war," according to Al Jazeera.

NASA Spacecraft Set to Uncontrolled Descent Towards Earth

The massive space probe, weighing 600 kilograms, could crash into Earth's atmosphere. Although it is likely that most of the spacecraft will disintegrate upon reentry, several of its components could survive, NASA states. The risk is reportedly higher in this case than in some other major events, including the return of the Chinese space station in 2018. Despite concerns, fortunately nothing happened at that time, CNN pointed out ..
