The Municipal Court is revisiting the case after its acquittal was overturned by an appellate court. The court previously indicated that if the Chamber did not release Babiš, it would likely separate part of the case for independent proceedings so that the proceedings against Nagyová could continue without unnecessary delay, reported the portal Ceskenoviny.cz.

The risk is reportedly higher in this case than in some other major events, including the return of the Chinese space station in 2018. Despite concerns, fortunately nothing happened at that time, CNN pointed out ..
