After U.S. President Donald Trump announced the postponement of the summit with his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping, citing a desire to focus on the war with Iran, the new meeting date is mid-May. Following the latest Ukrainian attack, approximately 40 percent of Russian export oil capacities have been disrupted, which corresponds to roughly two million barrels per day.
The new date for U.S. President Donald Trump's visit to China is May 14-15. The White House chief previously announced the postponement of the summit with his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping, stating that he wants to focus on the war with Iran. The leaders of the superpowers were originally supposed to meet at the end of March and beginning of April, according to the server Al Jazeera.
The current conflict in the Middle East began on February 28 with American and Israeli strikes on Iran. The attacked country shortly thereafter launched a military retaliation, starting to attack Israel and American bases and other targets in the Persian Gulf area with missiles and drones,
At least 40 percent of Russia's oil transport capacity is disrupted. This is a result of Ukrainian drone attacks. The current disruption of oil supplies is the most serious in Russia's modern history, otherwise the second largest oil exporter in the world. It hit Moscow at a time when oil prices are rising due to the war with Iran and have exceeded 100 dollars per barrel.
This month, Ukraine intensified drone attacks on Russian infrastructure for oil and fuel exports. It targeted three major Russian western oil export ports: Novorossiysk on the Black Sea, and Primorsk and Ust-Luga on the Baltic Sea, as noted by the server Ceskenoviny.cz.
Instagram and YouTube are responsible for harm caused to children using their services. The plaintiff, a twenty-year-old woman, will receive compensation of 3 million dollars, equivalent to more than 63 million Czech crowns. The woman claims that using social media in childhood caused her to become addicted to this technology and worsened her mental health issues, as reported by the agency AP.
