Leoš Mareš and Patrik Hezucký: They are like a married couple, now both are suffering

Ever since he started appearing in a wheelchair, it was clear that something was happening. However, it's not clear what exactly is wrong with him, even now, when he has been hospitalized for more than two weeks at the Benesov hospital. The situation is clearly serious, his family, friends and colleagues are taking turns by his bed, including Leoš Mareš of course. Although Hezucký has been married to his wife Nikola since 2019, he also established a “marriage” with Mareš, his partner from The Morning Show.

When the naughty boy takes off
Yes, they couldn't be more different. Leoš Mareš is considered the most sought-after presenter in our country. It's hard to believe that it all started with one naughty child from a Beroun panel house, who stood out at school mainly for his ability to disrupt. Besides, he was good at math, so he started attending a math-physical gymnastics high school, where he gradually developed his talent during his studies. He also loved music, so it started by playing songs at the graduation party and subsequently he became a DJ, who came up with different costumes for his show, to continue his career in Cheb's radio, which he (didn't) kept up with during university. After finishing university, he fully launched it on Europe 2, where he was first let to the microphone at night. Concurrently with this came his "fur music era", a number of presenter triumphs and the now legendary Morning Show.
The radio didn't take him
Patrik Hezucký went to try it on the radio knowing that he had never actually listened to the radio. As he blurted out on the show 7 falls of Honza Dědek in 2022, he had to lie a little that it was different. However, it must be noted that he had some artistic experiences. As a six-year-old he started to flirt with acting, he appeared in one of the episodes of Graduates. But it didn't catch him twice, he didn't want to continue in this direction, although it eventually broke. After all, he could speak French and it suited him quite well for small roles in French films that were shot here. But then he saw it differently, after basic school he wanted to go to economics, but they didn't take him there, so he quickly looked for an alternative solution. He got to the sports school completely by accident - experimental sports fields were just written at the high school and since Hezucký was involved in shooting, his steps led there. Then he completed the supplement in the field of tourism and went to France thanks to a scholarship, where he also worked as an au pair among other things. He spent a lot of time traveling during the post-revolutionary years, he was in Switzerland for a while, where he tried "ping-pong". At that time, he had no idea that there would be some Leoš Mareš or Mrázek, the central.
Stormy Times
The crucial career milestone in his life came at the end of the nineties when he got to Europe 2 and met Mareš. It wasn't like two souls found each other and immediately understood each other. At first, Hezucký without hesitation labeled Mareš as a conceited fool. Their actions were, after all, accompanied by various disputes, such as when one morning Mareš came drunk, immediately quarrelled with Hezucký at the door, after which he quit the broadcast, and Mareš insulted him for the entire time on the air. "I need to think about it. I am considering ending the Morning show," Hezucký pondered at the time. Eventually, the gentlemen reconciled, just like every time something muddled in their "relationship. "There are always arguments. Like in marriage. There is no marriage without arguments," Hezucký explained later for Blesk.cz.
No wonder Mareš is currently willing to cancel broadcasting after twenty-seven years and rather spends all night with his buddy in the hospital. After all, they have overcome more than one crisis and everyone firmly hopes they can handle this one too.
