According to a report by the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, Israel has regularly and repeatedly directed attacks at civilian objects and objects protected under international law in the Gaza Strip. However, the terrorist organization Hamas and other armed groups have also committed war crimes. Billionaire Elon Musk, who was one of the co-founders of OpenAI, lost a lawsuit in which he claimed that the company deviated from its original goal of developing artificial intelligence for the benefit of humanity.

The UN High Commissioner for Human Rights criticized Israel and Hamas

Israel grossly violated international law and committed war crimes and crimes against humanity during the war in the Gaza Strip. The jury, after about two hours, concluded that Musk filed the lawsuit too late. Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers accepted the jury's verdict, reported the portal Ceskenoviny.cz. Musk was one of the co-founders of OpenAI, which was established in 2015 and developed the popular chat system ChatGPT. He filed the lawsuit in 2024.
