Spanish authorities announced that more than 100,000 people took part in pro-Palestinian protests that disrupted the final stage of the Spanish Vuelta and forced organizers to interrupt Sunday's Grand Tour cycling race. The government representative for the Madrid region said that during Sunday's protests, which criticized the presence of the Israel Premier Tech cycling team, there were an estimated more than 100,000 people in the streets. The police arrested two people and 22 people were injured, but none of them seriously. The overall winner was confirmed as Jonas Vingegaard, according to the agency AP.

Another Russian drone was captured in Romania
Romania condemned the "irresponsible behavior" of Moscow after an alleged Russian drone violated Romanian airspace during an attack on neighboring Ukraine, prompting Bucharest to deploy fighter jets. According to the Romanian Ministry of Defense, the Russian drone used in attacks on Ukraine entered Romanian airspace on Saturday at 18.05 local time.
The incident comes a few days after Poland shot down a Russian drone that violated its airspace earlier this week, prompting NATO allies to pledge to strengthen defense on the eastern flank of the alliance.
